To grow in God we must form the heart.
Forming Your Heart explores questions such as, "What does scripture mean when it says, 'The heart is deceitful and wicked?'" and “What is the heart of God?" To grow in God we must understand our role in forming our heart and the role God plays in forming our heart. God promises a radical change from a heart of stone to a heart of flesh. What does this transformation entail? In the Old Testament, kings were weighed by their hearts. Some kings prepared their heart to follow God, and others did not. The level of care they took in preparing their heart determined the fruit of their life. In order to live a successful life with God, our hearts must be prepared. In this course, we will explore what it takes to form our heart to live with God.
